This demands resilience to cope with volatile situations, and high redundancy to keep vital functions uninterrupted. Ring Protection with <20ms failover keeps your network online despite unexpected failure in one link. The DIS-300G-8PSW can also tolerate temperatures from -40° to 70°C, as well as shock and vibration resistance. Industrial-grade redundancies, such as dual power inputs, allow seamless switching between power supplies in the rare case of one failing.
A More Efficient Network
The DIS-300G-8PSW incorporates several advanced features to help simplify and improve network management and efficiency. Flow Control throttles connections to ensure reliability during heavy usage periods by reducing packet loss and wasteful data retransmission. The DIS-300G-8PSW also features Quality of Service (QoS) which prioritizes network traffic so that time-sensitive data, such as VoIP or high-quality video streaming, are unaffected even during bursts of high data traffic.
